WeSolve Digital

About WeSolve Digital

Technology partners for organizations doing work that matters

WeSolve Digital exists to solve the technology problems small businesses and nonprofits can't solve alone — not with off-the-shelf software, and not with a consultant who leaves once the slide deck is delivered. We design, build, and operate the systems our clients' teams use every single day: the business software that runs a warehouse's inventory and billing, case-management systems that run resident programs, sponsor platforms that run community organizations. We stay after launch, because that's when the real work starts.

How we work

Our approach

We don't separate strategy from execution. The same team that maps your process is the team that writes the code, configures your business systems, and answers the support ticket six months later. That continuity is the point — it's how we build systems people actually trust with the operation, instead of software everyone works around.

Usable beats marketable

We're not optimizing for a demo. A resident-tracking screen a case worker opens forty times a day matters more than a landing page that looks good in a pitch. We design for the person doing the work, every day, under pressure — not for the person buying the software.

We build for two customers

Every system we build has to work for the staff who run it and the people it ultimately serves — a warehouse crew and their retail partners, a case worker and the resident in front of them, a sponsor and the family they support. We design for both ends of that relationship, not just the buyer.

Partnership, not a project timeline

We stay in the ERP, the codebase, and the support inbox long after go-live. Dart Advantage's inventory logic, Restrak's billing rules, MetroHope's resident reporting — we still maintain what we built, because a system that isn't maintained quietly stops being trusted.

Our process

What partnership actually looks like

01

Learn how the work actually happens

Before we touch a system, we spend time with the people doing the work — the warehouse floor, the case worker's desk, the finance team closing the books. Most of what breaks software later gets missed here.

02

Build or configure the real thing

Custom application, ERP implementation, or integration — we build with the same team that did the discovery, so nothing gets lost translating a spec into code.

03

Run it alongside you

Go-live isn't the finish line. We stay on as the team that maintains the system, fields support requests, and adjusts the logic as your operation changes.

What we build with

The technology behind the technology

For the technical readers: here's what's actually under the hood. For everyone else: here's what each thing means in plain English.

Odoo

The business software platform (ERP & CRM) we implement for clients like Dart — one system that handles inventory, billing, and customer records instead of five disconnected spreadsheets.

PostgreSQL

The database that sits underneath Odoo and most of what we build — the reliable, open-source place your data actually lives.

React

The toolkit behind the custom web apps we build — including Restrak, Carebase, and this site — chosen because it's fast for the people using it.

TypeScript

A stricter version of the language the web runs on — it catches mistakes while we're building, before they ever reach a client's screen.

X12EDI / X12

A decades-old standard that lets computer systems at different companies — like a warehouse and a big-box retailer — send orders and shipping paperwork to each other automatically, with no one re-typing anything.

Vercel

Where sites like this one actually run once they're built — fast, reliable hosting with no server closet required.

Netlify

Another home for the sites and apps we ship — the same idea as Vercel, picked per project based on what fits best.
